Terms:

"I authorize Terra Valentine to charge my credit card with accordance to the wine club that I have selected.

Members cancelling prior to receiving a shipment may be charged for all prior discounts received. Member accounts will be billed just prior to the scheduled date of shipment. Any cancellations occurring at this time will be effective after acceptance of the current release. Written 30 days notice to withdraw from wine club. Automatic $20 charge for change of address after club ships/reships after return due to client not being home.

Members are responsible for notifying the winery of any changes to billing/shipping information no later than two weeks prior to any shipment. Additional delivery fees will be incurred for any changes submitted after account billing. Re-shipment of failed deliveries will incur additional shipping charges, regardless of club enrollment level.

All wine shipments must be signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older. After 30 days one or more wines in an order may no longer be available. Customers may then choose replacement wines with the price adjusted accordingly.”
