2023 Rosé of Petite Sirah

The 2023 Rosé of Petite Sirah is exceptionally light, bright and vibrant: Refreshing acid and supple texture meld with the barest hint of new French oak, carrying the wine to a crisp, clean and delicate finish. 

Pair with succulent grilled shrimp skewers, and a chilled glass of our crisp and dry rosé to complement the flavors and enhance the overall dining experience.

2023 Foretell Chardonnay

Our 2023 Foretell Chardonnay is the perfect summer sipper. This rich and layered Chardonnay opens with delicate aromas of kumquat, tangerine, basil, lemon blossom and kiwi that is backed up by toasted brioche, butterscotch, honey, and allspice.  The bright fruit greets the palate with rich, creamy, and soft phenolics that round out the palate with bright, yet balanced acid with hints of stone fruit on the finish and a touch of marmalade wrapped in lingering notes of caramel and butterscotch. 

Hold your forks up to pair with your favorite seafood dishes, fresh garden veggies, and herby grilled chicken.

2021 Merlot 

 An exceptional year for Merlot on Spring Mountain, this wine opens with deep, dark brambly boysenberry, blueberry and candied bing cherry.  Layered with dusty cocoa powder, cedar and woodspice notes with a hint of anise.  On the palate the bright and forward fruit is powerful with soft and sweet candied tannins carrying seamlessly onto the mid palate where the coco and caramel note gracefully carry the fruit onto the balanced and smooth finish. 

Its robust structure and refined tannins make it an ideal partner for sizzling steaks, hearty barbecues, and nights spent under the stars.
