Hand-harvested, picked at night
Whole cluster pressed and cold settled for 3 days
Fermented in stainless at 55° to retain delicate esters 
Aged sur lees for 12 months in French oak 
Un-fined and sterile filtered

Notes: The 2024 Rosé of Petite Sirah opens with vibrant aromas of strawberry jam, raspberry, cranberry and candied watermelon.  Soft and juicy on the palate, the fruit parade continues with soft, balanced acidity and subtle floral notes that make this rosé light, refreshing, complex and udderly drinkable.  Reminiscent of a Provençal rosé from the south of France, the lower alcohol at 11% makes this wine perfect for an any occasion.
