Tasting Notes: 2022 Spring Mountain District, Cabernet Franc, leaps out of the glass with the intense personality from the mountain fruit. Black cherry, woodspice, caramel, violets, sage and licorice aromas. RIch and full bodied on the entry with bright candied red fruits on the palate with the signature broad and soft mid-palate dusted in cocoa powder tannins that linger on the finish.

Pairing: We love pairing it with herb-roasted pork tenderloin or duck breast with a cherry or pomegranate reduction. Highlighting the Cabernet Franc’s bright red fruit, warm spice, and silky mid-palate.
