AVA: Spring Mountain District

Composition: 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 40% Merlot 

Tasting Notes: Red fruit dominant with strawberry jam, mulberry, red cherry, and red licorice notes mingled with mint, anise, carmel and toasty French Oak.  Smooth through the mid-palate the bright red fruits carry the wine long onto the palate lingering with the notes of oak and juicy fruit and tannin.

Pairing: The 2022 Marriage pairs beautifully with slow-roasted beef tenderloin, herb-crusted lamb, or mushroom forward dishes like wild mushroom lasagna. The blend’s dark fruit, earthy undertones, and cocoa finish complement rich, savory flavors, while its polished tannins and balance make it an elegant match for both hearty winter meals and refined dinner table moments.
