Sun Valley Center for the Arts Wine Auction 2006

Join our winemaker and general manager, Sam Baxter in Sun Valley and enjoy Terra Valentine while attending the 25th anniversary of the Sun Valley Center for the Arts Wine Auction! Each year the Sun Valley Center holds a wine auction to raise funds to support educational arts programming and community outreach. Our 2005 Auction was another record setter in attendance and money raised: over 600 people attended the auction, 450 attended vintner dinners, 1500 reveled on the golf course for the picnic, 1500 sampled incredible wines at the tasting, and 85 wineries participated in the auction with generous donations of wine, amenities and services. The Auction is made possible through a remarkable volunteer effort on the part of hundreds of people actively and enthusiastically contributing countless hours of planning and labor over many months' time. Named by Wine Spectator as one of the Top Ten US Charity Auctions of 2003, 2004 and 2005

MS Wine Symposium

Terra Valentine will be participating in the first ever, Institute of Masters Wine International Symposium in North America. The Symposium will be held in Napa Valley and the Napa Valley Vintners will be the key sponser. The NVV will be hosting dinners, providing panelists for seminars, and presenting their Science Behind the Valley seminar for this eminent group of wine industry leaders. The Symposium begins Thursday, June 29 and concludes on Sunday, July 2 at the Silverado Country Club.
