Guided by the belief that great wine begins in the vineyard, the vineyard management team oversees every aspect of farming from planting to harvest.

The diversity of mountain terrain and vine orientation demands that the team painstakingly evaluate vineyard practices block by block. Terra Valentine is equipped with 15 automated punch-down state-of-the-art fermentation tanks allowing for high quality with gentle extraction. The result is a more uniform extraction of the cap, which means more color and flavor in the wine without excessive tannins.
