Intensely aromatic with white peach, white tea and white flowers. Intricate aromas of lychee, pear, ample minerality and allspice highlight the nose. On the palate, kumquat and candied persimmons explode in the mouth.
Our inaugural Estate Merlot is sourced from the Yverdon Estate, located at an elevation of 2,000 feet. Nine distinct blocks were selected on the estate and planted to two French clones, 181 and 348. In total, four acres are planted to Merlot.
