The 2006 Yverdon Cabernet is made from 100% cabernet sauvignon and is the third vintage from our newest estate vineyard.
The Wurtele Vineyard (pronounced wer-tul), planted in the early 1990’s, is comprised of 35 acres planted to 100% clone 7 cabernet sauvignon
Intense deep purple and magenta color tones. Aromas of violets, boysenberry, blueberry and crème de cassis with white pepper. Only 1 case left!
The Cabernet Franc is sourced from the Yverdon Vineyard on Spring Mountain, located at an elevation of 2,000
feet. In 2006, two blocks were planted to three French clones, 214, 327, and 623.
