The Wurtele Vineyard (pronounced wer-tul), planted in the early 1990’s, is comprised of 35 acres planted to 100% clone 7 cabernet sauvignon
The 2006 Yverdon Cabernet is made from 100% cabernet sauvignon and is the third vintage from our newest estate vineyard.
This wine shows classic Riesling character with honey, mango, clove, cinnnamon and fragments of Jasmine.
The 2009 Estate Cabernet Franc has an absolutely beautiful nose. Boysenberry, mint, and floral components all come out of the glass.
The Cabernet Franc is sourced from the Yverdon Vineyard on Spring Mountain, located at an elevation of 2,000
feet. In 2006, two blocks were planted to three French clones, 214, 327, and 623.
Dark fruits, cola berry and spice highlight the nose of the 2008 Marriage.
