The Cabernet Franc is sourced from the Yverdon Vineyard on Spring Mountain, located at an elevation of 2,000
feet. In 2006, two blocks were planted to three French clones, 214, 327, and 623.
Cherry, marmalade, rose petal aromas with clove and allspice. Structured yet soft and bright on the palate with toasty caramel notes on the finish.
Bright blackberry jam and bing cherry aromas with clove, cedar and vanilla notes layered with loam and molasses.
Ripe black fruits layered with boysenberry, bing cherry,plum, and mulberry with cedar, cocoa, anise, sage, and caramel notes rounding out the aromas.
Blueberry, boysenberry and black currant with white pepper and crème de cassis aromas.
The K block is located at 875 feet on a western facing slope.
